Instructions:
Prepare a large serving plate for the dish.
1.Steam the asparagus.
2.Roast the red pepper, after fully roasted pill.
3.Roast the eggplant, after fully roasted Peel completely. After peeling separate the eggplant meat (the inside part).
4.Over the stove, roast carrot.
5.Roast the onions either in the oven or over the stove.
6.Place the vegetables over the serving plate.
7.Pour slowly Fine “Baracke” tahini over the vegetables.
8.Recommended- pour some olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetables in addition.
9.Serving suggestions: Add toasted bread and Cheese balls to the plate before serving.
