DIsh base-
Cooked and chilled egg noodles
Sauce-
4 tablespoons “Baracke” tahini mixed with 2-3 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons black rice vinegar (you may use regular vinegar)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chilli oil
Decorations-
Thin, diagonal sliced green onion
Coriander leaves
Roasted black and white sesame
In a serving plate or bowl, place egg noodles and mix well with the sauce.
For decorations- you may add any decorations, as you like.
