BAKED CAULIFLOWER WITH SEELAN (DATES SYRUP) AND TAHINI

Ingredients:

  • 3 Medium size cauliflowers
  • 3 tablespoons 100% whole sesame “Baracke” tahini
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • ¼ cup seelan
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Insructions:

Preheat oven for 200 degrees celsius.

  • Cook cauliflowers in boiled water for 15 minutes.
  • Spread seelan on cauliflowers, sprinkle on each cauliflower 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Bake Cauliflowers in oven for 20-30 minutes, until browning well.
  • Take out of oven, spread tahini and sprinkle some lemon juice.
